Why we’re called Untailor
Most clothes are tailored for no one in particular. We undo that, one seam at a time, so they fit the person actually wearing them.
A small studio in the Village
Untailor is a tailoring and alterations studio in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. We work by appointment, so when you come in you get an unhurried fitting and our full attention.
We fit everything from fishing shirts and golf trousers to wedding gowns and church suits. Some jobs take ten minutes of pinning; others take three fittings. Either way, you’ll know what we’re doing and what it costs before we start.
We would rather save a garment you love than see it replaced. A good repair or a well-placed seam can add years to clothes that are already in your closet.

We pin and mark garments while you wear them, not from a guess or a tape measure alone.
Prices up front
Our price list is published online, and we confirm your total before we cut a thread.
Done until it’s right
Try it on at pickup. If something is off, we adjust it at no extra charge.
